A significant lack of maturity and expertise pervades management, and the company's rapid growth demands external experience beyond the domain of Paper. An unsettling atmosphere permeates the workplace, with an undue adoration for the top executives from those who have benefited from questionable career advancements. These "rock stars" would likely struggle to attain similar positions elsewhere and are responsible for fostering a detrimental competitive spirit between teams. Leadership consistently disregards employee feedback; while they frequently solicit opinions, they never give them weight. The work culture has reached a low point, only to be met with further encouragement to deteriorate. In summary, while the company's mission is commendable, you should avoid this turbulent and harmful work environment at all costs.
