Great vision insurance Coworkers were pretty good Culture of the office was good until office was closed

Cons

Closure of office and movement of help desk to home office led to a ton of layoffs, a lot of them being experienced techs like myself while new techs were allowed to stay Lack of upward mobility and opportunities for promotion
