Pros

Stocks. Flexible work from home policy. Benefits.

Cons

Corrupt system from top down. There is absolutely no structure and leadership. The culture went to crap, transparency went down the drain, and people are still not being compensated fairly. Executives know this and don’t care to change or learn from mistakes. Instead, they continue to point fingers.

Pros

Typical start up perks like snacks, drinks, good benefits, nice office. Most team members are friendly, smart, helpful, etc. Positive vibe overall.

Cons

Not much of a "culture", which is supposedly being developed, but it feels like there is a serious disconnect between managers who are supposedly "leading" and their team members -- it can be hard to feel supported or recognized for the work you do, and it doesn't always feel like managers understand the roles/dynamics they're supposed to be overseeing.

Pros

Some good people in the mix, flexible PTO

Cons

- The CEO is incredibly demeaning and speaks to people like they're less-than. His fear tactics used on the entire company has created a toxic culture that results in everyone placing blame at one another. The camaraderie that used to be present is sadly no longer. - The business direction changes on a monthly basis, and nobody knows what's going on or what is a priority 99% of the time. - The company has undergone 5 rounds of layoffs in the last 2-3 years, which affects morale and negatively impacts what's left of the culture. Everybody is always walking on eggshells waiting to see if they will be let go. - There is a major lack of diversity at the company.
