Pros

The company is growing like mad but has a good history of turning one company's bad refinery into a profiitable place. Bonus structure means bonus is paid out most years, very generous based on profit-sharing.

Cons

Management is old and sometimes disrespectful. No turnaround/ overtime compensation. Very understaffed, employees are expected to wear many hats and pick up the slack of others.
