Pros

New company, seems to be doing well. Bought out ExxonMobil and we seem to have a lot of room to grow

Cons

This company is actually PBF HOLDING company, that makes us as employees cringe some, hopefully PBF is in it for the ling haul.

Pros

Autonomous work culture. There is some room to grow upward through advancement if you are extremely patient, or outward by broadening the scope of your role. The company provides a good work-life balance as well. Good benefits. Overall a good experience.

Cons

The only con is that there still room to improve the paid time off benefit. They appear to be working on it.
