      Pros

      Large company on a single floor. Pay is great. Paid over time. Tons of experience in the oil and energy business sitting near you People are willing to help you if you ask

      Some people can be pretty blunt on the trading floor. Things get lost in translation between departments. Many issues with the systems used, the IT team is never bored. Most people are nice, but there are one or two people that will but heads when issues present themselves, not because they dislike each other but because there are a lot of new issues and there are no processes in place to handle them.
