Plenty of opportunities to get be involved in multiple aspects of the organization. Leadership is very accessible, passionate about their work, truly care about their employees, open to ideas from the staff, confident in the services they provide their customers and passionate about the community. Ability to be apart of a small growing company.

Cons

Small company, lots of work, can get a little stressful at times.
