Experience- there is a ton of ways to develop into different areas.

Cons

Work Environment- some people just dont care about the employees working under them.

Relocated for the "opportunity" to grow in the company. Worked there several years and only went backwards in salary.

Good customer base that will sustain company for a long time.

Cons

No real way to move up once you are in the company. Either family or friends will be advanced or a member of the "just graduated from college and know everything"crowd.
