Large commercial printer with amazing capabilities.

Cons

Amazing lack of direction and strategy from management. No sales or marketing plan, resulting in decreasing sales and all too common and increasing in size layoffs. Revolving door of leadership, yet some head scratching positions remained unchanged.

Pros

Some positives are the people that I work with are wonderful and the location of the plant is conveniently between two major highways for more than one access point in heavy traffic. The work life balance is slightly skewed more towards work but it is not so ridiculous that it becomes a con.

Cons

Lack of vision for the future by leadership and very few opportunities for advancement, which means you will not reach the level to receive a bonus or pay increase as those are reserved for the executives and upper management.
