Pros
PBM has the latest and greatest equipment. The provide excellent products and service for the customer. No one backs up their work better than they do. There are some talented people who work there.
Cons
They are an absolutely awful company to work for. I went for 7 years without a raise. There is no money for bonuses, unless you are an executive. They fill out job evaluations in pencil so they can go back and change things afterwards. Their attitude is "if you don't want this job we can give it to someone else." They have a real industrial revolution mentality. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.
