Pros

Great company if you love media and programming.

Cons

Not surprisingly, because it is a public broadcasting company, it has been adversely effected by political changes.

Pros

Working one-on-one with the department directors is a worthwhile experience.

Cons

It's a non-profit organization, so most of the activities tend to revolve around the question of, "How will this appeal to prospects or donors?" Lack of communication among different departments at times.
