Pros

interesting work. impressive ideals of the organization. constantly learning new things about the project and public television. was given a fair amount of independence

Cons

not a lot of feedback, whether positive or negative. was very rarely told whether i was providing the type or quality of support they needed in a temporary researcher. some people on project team were delightful, but most were standoffish and a bit snarky.
