Very good company - good values, ethics and training programs. Very good transparency as it's an ESOP. Non-performers aren't around long.

Cons

Not much of a backlog the past couple of years, even before Covid-19.

Cons

lack of communication with key people as they complete projects. Not knowing what the future will hold is a tough pill to swallow. Hard to plan your own future not knowing what your employment will be next month.
