Not as much carpentry for the project as I expected, mostly cleanup and helping as needed as opposed to focusing on a particular skillset

This is the best company I've ever worked for. Everyone is treated with respect and there is no micromanagement which allows us to do our jobs and really feel like we're an integral part of the team. Management is top notch!

Cons

Insurance is costly although very good coverage.
