Dysfunctioning chaos in Salt Lake city. Avoid it
Pros
Used to be decent but went downhill fast in the last few months. Benefits are good, and you get a lot of hours. There used to be good extras but the new area leadership took many of those away.
Cons
If you’re looking for direction, support, or even basic human decency you won’t find it here anymore. What you’ll find instead is a leadership too busy playing politics and backstabbing each other to actually lead. new management controls the entire operation through fear, and favoritism. No one speaks up, because they know what happens to those who do. The “managers” are more concerned with optics than outcomes. Expect zero professionalism and a lot of finger-pointing. It’s all about survival and if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re on your own. Employees are left on their own because leadership is too worried about themselves. Stay away unless you enjoy gaslighting, chaos, and being collateral damage in someone else’s power trip.
