Great company to work for. Managerial positions given lots of room to utilize their strengths to incorporate ideas to better serve the overall goals of the shipping operations. Constantly presented with opportunities to show ones competency.

Cons

Lots of work gets funneled to one or two people, success or failure is the result of the ability of those people to work and manage efficiently.

good benefits and the hourly workers are great people. plenty of overtime available if you want it.

Cons

Omaha location very unorganized and slow to change. Some of the management team is very nasty.
