Compensation is good. 401k match is good. Insurance is good.

Cons

Micro-managing is rampant. Leadership & Supervisors are not trained to be supervisors. Leadership & Supervisors do not show respect for their fellow supervisors, nor for their hourly employees. Frustrating environment.
