Pros
It's an ok place to work, if everything runs. Pay is good benefits are good. By all means PCA is not the only place to pay start wages at $18+ an hour pay for operators is $21+ an hour. To make boxes.
Cons
No positive reinforcement, you are the mistake and they wire you up for any infrature. If you do not go with management's agendas they will black ball you. Like framing you for something that didn't happen and justify it as a means to fire you. If you wish to be looked down upon, and treated as No more than the machine you operate this is the place for you. As for Bonuses they will cheat you out of it, then go back say it was a mistake on their part, in the end you still get screwed.
