Pros

- Great People - Creative thinking - Open Network to collaborate - Forward thinking and explorative when new technologies are introduced - Flexible working hours and environment - Willing to create positions for people to expand and grow

Cons

- Pay is a little low for the creative positions given the experience - Get it done and ask questions later mentality (whether right or wrong) - Inexperienced DC Managers managing people who are more qualified they their direct reports. - Lack of communication from the management teams. (An "I'm the manager and you're not" attitude.)

Pros

There is no reason to work for PCA

Cons

Terrible compensation program, absolutely the worst, no reason to work for this company when any other company is available and better to work for

Pros

Good pay and benefits. The "Golden Rule" culture is not just spoken about but they legitimately try to put it into practice. The company offers many great training opportunities and strives to build into their people.

Cons

Work/Life balance is difficult to achieve. Worked many, many 60-70 hour weeks with little choice in the matter.
