Pros

Amazing benefits and pay, with three weeks of paid vacation annually and ample sick time off! Generally positive company culture and work environment. My position is enjoyable and I love my coworkers. I also have a consistent schedule that is perfect for me.

Cons

You are at the mercy of your direct manager/department coordinator, and mine is horrendous. Regularly makes me want to quit, has made other quit, and their managers do nothing about it.

Pros

Friendly staff and customers, yummy food at a discount. I got to participate in the Pride parade.

Cons

One weird employee who told me to smile all the time, some entitled customers. Once, I had to dispose of a used needle in the bathroom. I think that was outside of my pay grade/job parameters.
