Cons

Management is toxic and and constantly putting down others not giving anybody a place to thrive, PIC’s are more like bullies and gossiping and overall just a bad environment.

Amazing benefits. I absolutely love working for a mission and community-based organization. The community and the planet are at the forefront of every business decision.

Cons

Turnover is high (albeit lower than many competitors) as is the nature of retail. Prices of products can be high even with the employee discount.
