Pros

There are some truly spectacular people there, however they are often overshadowed by the majority. The values are incredible however to most it's just words on a wall. Products are great too.

Cons

The culture for most is how can I do the bare minimum and not get fired, it's frustrating when you want to see it be successful but everyone around you doesn't and usually those folks get paid more because comp is based solely on tenure.
