The customers are generally really friendly. The staff is diverse and great! And, the benefits and perks are pretty good as well!

Cons

The job is repetitive and does not seem to be challenging enough for growth. Maybe, once you prove that you'll be there for some time, then they'll give more tasks and duties.

Flexible scheduling, convenient locations, great co workers, exceptional benefits, union representation, opportunities to advance, generous perks like free cooking classes, discounted orca card and discounts.

Cons

Busy stores so if you need downtime you won't find it here. Sometimes you're input or suggestions can be frowned upon...depending on who your boss is.
