Depending on the personality type running your store, and your specific department, you can have reasonable, supportive management, or you have people who have no right being in management, much less being involved with the public.

Good insurance and vacation hours. Awesome co workers. Hard to think of good things to say to fill the 20 word minimum.

Cons

Lots of issues with management and upper management. Poor treatment of employees. Over worked and way under payed. You train in multiple stations with no compensation. No merit raises and too many supervisors. Nit picked to poor moral. Very negative environment.
