Pros

Some good co workers left. Free Italian meal when the big shots feel morale is too low. They didn't take profit sharing away, just get less of it.

Cons

Systematically cut the heart out of a good company. Once a good place to work but no longer. Everyone is waiting for their turn to get walked out.

Pros

Packaging medicines that help people, customer interaction, a paycheck-there really is nothing more I can think of.

Cons

Low morale - employees feel unappreciated and do not feel valued. PCI does not care about their employees-they run 24/7 but are staffed for 24/5 meaning mandatory overtime. When they were owned by AmerisourceBergen they had alternate work day schedules but PCI does not want to bring it back. Pay and yearly raises are not good. A lot of people are leaving - even customer account managers. It's time to start looking for a different place to work.
