Line level employees once coached on the larger picture of the company worked well together within the departments.

Cons

The departments did not function well together and senior management did not listen to line levels to solve the problems .

Cons

Lack of understanding in regard to standardizing operations between sites, lack of understanding of the demographics for each site, and believing profit is the most important piece of running a successful business.
