      Pros

      Benefits, 401k match, nothing else just needed at least 5 words

      Cons

      Upper management was clueless, treated employees terribly, expected you to devote 100% of your time to the job, treated you poorly if you even dared to put your family first, when the division stated failing, didn't do anything to try to make it work - weren't winning work & did nothing to correct it. No wonder the division is shutting down.

      Pros

      The job pays the bills. They will hire anyone of the streets.

      Cons

      Lots of cry babies. Everyone is watching each other. Waiting for someone to make a mistake. So they can rat you out. I was there 11 years. Lots of white people in the office who hate everyone. HR is a joke. The workers have more experience than the supervisor. They will fight you for your unemployment. Your best friend there is really your worst enemy. Everyone puts each other down. No appreciation or respect. You have to buy food and cigarettes for your Foreman to get a raise. I didn't put up with none of this. That's why I'm gone. PRIDE .

      boss doesn't offer any support, guidance, or feedback, passed over for a promotion you deserve, It's hard to know where you stand, There's a lack of inherent trust, turns down your requests for better work-life balance, They don't include you in any decisions, You get important company news after everyone else, They make demands of you during holidays or your time off
