Just a around good company to work for and big on safety, they treat they're employees like people not like a number

They provide all the training and offer different craft courses like welding, pipe, thick wall, chrome welding, pipefitter, ironworker

Cons

The only con is that hours worked is not consist one week we might work 7 days a week and others might work 5 days a week

Cons

Overtime is expected and never paid regardless of labour laws. Generally full of older employees (mostly 40 year olds and older) and a lot of grandfathered employees who are educationally under qualified. Bonuses are not based on how much overtime you work. You could work a million overtime hours but never feel compensated for. Not enough transparency from management. The job itself is written as top notch, but in reality is quite simple that possibly only a high school diploma could suffice.
