      Employee share program is very lucrative.

      Cons

      Sexist work environment. With new U.S. leadership regime, there is less concern for employees; for example, "we hired him, not his family," when considering to ask an employee to relocate.

      Generally great coworkers willing to put in the time. Provide co-op students with work placements

      Poor management style, no leadership in pre-construction, waste huge amounts of money bringing people from overseas, then forget about them. They are not open to creative solutions or evolving. They just want it done the old fashion, "PCL way."
