      Pros

      This is a top-notch company whose leaders truly do take care of their employees. Having worked for 46 years in this and other outstanding firms, I can confidently say that this is not only the best company in which I have worked, but it is envied by our competition and highly respected by the clients that we support.

      Cons

      Sometimes management is too tolerant of poor employee performance and takes too long to make a correction. This has impacted the morale of some workers who are more dedicated to our company.

      Pros

      Great people, everyone is very friendly and helpful starting my first day. Lots of exciting projects going on around the US and Canada. A large number of employees that have been here for 15+ years, good work/life balance, great benefits.

      Cons

      Communication is very minimal between Districts, unless you go on the internal website everyday you will never hear much about what is happening in other districts. Communication is sent out whenever a new project is won or someone receives an accolade.

      Pros

      The stock dividends more than make up for the mediocre salaries. Having an employee Owned Company is great for moral. 3 weeks standard vacation when you start. There are multiple districts across the US and Canada

      Cons

      Work/Life balance is not always the greatest. When jobs are in full swing quite a few hours are expected from employees. If the work slows in one district you could be asked to move yourself and your family to another. That can be good or bad.
