Employee appreciation, cross-training, entry-level experience, healthy daily environment, flexible scheduling, direct management cares

Cons

No bonus, no raise, no extra cross-training pay, small chance for growth, refuse to listen to employees, sitting/standing time (10-hour shift), limited time off, indirect management does not care
