Dirty leaky warehouse. The ware house is NOT climate controlled and you freeze in the winter and get sick in the summer heat. when it storms the building leaks and you get wet and cold. Management does not care about the workers. The goals are set way to high and the pay stinks. there is no long term future at this place. I witnessed racism by the head white guys. Black folks are constantly being written up and treated unfairly. I constantly felt over worked and stressed about keeping up. I broke when the piled more work on me without any hit of a raise. I was told I was capped out at the same pay since my 90 days. not fair at all for everything I did for the company.

They have a broken labor tracking system that assigns weights to items broadly. There is a certain amount of favoritism that exists in the workplace. Politics takes over when you reach a certain level. Limited benefits: subsidised healthcare only to most employees with a small bonus at year end. Supervisors and above accrue vacation time. Team leads and below do not.
