The ability to grow industry knowledge and build a strong relationship with customers.

Cons

Micro-managed to the max. Upper management couldn’t care less about your financial or mental wellbeing. Bottom of the barrel when it comes to compensation.

Pros

Lax dress code. Can listen to music and podcasts while working. Benefits are decent and there's a discount program for the health insurance. Decent amount of PTO that grows the more you work there (up to a certain amount). Paid holidays, and unpaid week off between Christmas and New Years; you can use left over PTO for that time. Are part of a good recycling program where they sell plastic waste and supposedly save that money for PCNA Cares; a program that helps employees when they have an unforseen circumstances like if your house burns down.

Cons

If you are a decorator or lower position, the likelihood of you being promoted past decorator is near impossible. Communication is awful between departments and sometimes between employees and their supervisor and coordinators. Only get one 3% raise per year, but for the first 2 years I worked here i didn't get any raises and even got cheated out of my first raise.
