Cons

Many projects and often too many meetings, so can be hard making progress at times.

Pros

The level of teamwork and anti-silo mentality has been refreshing. The acknowledgment of personal perspective coupled with the incredible devotion to customer success is the backbone of the culture. Senior leadership is consciously working on driving as much transparency around strategy and plans as is feasible. The company is socially forward thinking has built a community that all associates can embrace regardless of politics or personal identity.

Cons

Being a leading-edge employer that allows a lot of remote work comes with some challenges around fostering esprit de corps. This challenge is acknowledged and great strides around creative approaches have been effective in balancing work/life goals.

Pros

High level of autonomy to create, launch and grow products and brands. The team is a great one to work with, and they truly work as a team. While a small team - what we create is absolutely amazing. CEO and leadership are 100% supportive - like any company, they expect results, and we deliver. The CEO is always looking for new growth ideas to keep us the leaders in the industry

Cons

Systems are an issue - not having an assortment planning tool and replenishment system is a big opportunity.
