      Coworkers are cool. Its a job. If you need a place to work its not horrible. There just wont be a career for you so use it as a stepping stone.

      Cons

      No growth. No raises. No merit based anything. Be the best employee or the worst. You get paid the same either way.

      Pros

      i worked from home thats the only pros i had for this particular department

      Cons

      too many meeting, too many phone calls from supervisor that would delay your work. micromanaging would be a good word to describe my experience.
