Good pay and a tonnn of MANDATORY overtime

Cons

Poor training program, too much mandatory overtime, and the job is competitive when it doesn’t need to be. Employee rankings based on mistakes made are publicly posted, which creates a really negative work culture.

Cons

Micro-managed to the max. Upper management couldn’t care less about your financial or mental wellbeing. Bottom of the barrel when it comes to compensation.
