      Co workers and supervisors are awesome Interesting and challenging work Meet new people Great discount Paid time off day you start

      Low pay for what you are doing and what company revenues a year CSR management and HR Dept. have no morals when comes to terminating good employees Extremely large amount of information & training Fire a lot of people during training before final exam

      Pros

      Great pay once you get to be a Tech 3, which I was. Tech 4 a little harder to obtain because you have to learn to hit in every bucket. Plenty of OT towards the holidays

      Cons

      Cliques form, some get competitive and rude when not moved up or trained on a multiple machines.. Like I was.. I caught a lot of jealousy as did many others.
