      Great teams at the management and individual contributor level Comfortable work environment and flexible schedule Top notch HR

      Cons

      CEO and c-level leadership are lost in the market. They want solutions and then do not provide the resources that are most needed. This results in mass hirings and firings and failed projects. Somehow, the CEO was awarded for his performance despite this. Luckily, it appears that CEO is gone now.
