      PCNA has a pay for skills program, so you can promote and grow pay beyond a 1X year increase. A lot of our experienced managers promoted from production positions Safety and Teamwork - everyone works to better these areas End of year busy season - a lot of OT if you like it 401K/ solid benefits.

      Orders come in each day for same day shipments, can be schedules will change to manage order flow

      Less stressful than a lot of other corporate environments. People are friendly. Company always does well and employees receive bonuses.
