I've had a great experience working at PCNA. The benefits and PTO are generous. Management is supportive, and the team environment is positive and encouraging.

Cons

Great Benefits and Remote Flexibility

Pros

Great benefits, and remote flexibility. Good culture. My team is remote, but there’s a lot of effort to make sure we still stay connected. 4 weeks of PTO to start, plus holidays. Overall, PCNA has been one of my most positive work experiences.

Cons

Interdepartmental collaboration and communication is tough sometimes. I think there’s a lot of effort made to make sure individual teams stay connected, but some work to be done on how teams communicate and work together on cross-functional projects. Base pay could be higher, but the overall benefits package and remote flexibility is worth quite a bit in my opinion.
