Pros

High level of autonomy to create, launch and grow products and brands. The team is a great one to work with, and they truly work as a team. While a small team - what we create is absolutely amazing. CEO and leadership are 100% supportive - like any company, they expect results, and we deliver. The CEO is always looking for new growth ideas to keep us the leaders in the industry

Cons

Systems are an issue - not having an assortment planning tool and replenishment system is a big opportunity.

PCNA is full of genuinely good people who care about each other as well as the greater community. The company has great vision and puts strong emphasis on offering quality products, social responsibility, and good work/life balance.

Cons

Systems are outdated but there is light at the end of the tunnel with future improvements in the works.
