PCNA offers team members in Manufacturing the ability to train and build their own career path through our Skill Based Pay program, where the more team members learn, the more they can earn by obtaining new skill sets and creating their own career paths. PCNA also posts all open positions internally to allow for every internal team member the opportunity for career advancement.

      I have been with PCNA for 18 months, throughout the pandemic, and I can say enough around how this company puts it's people first. It is truly a team with leaders that care and inspire.

      Cons

      Could use some system updates, but I know they are working on it!
