      Pros

      This business is growing and is capturing more market place within the promotional market. HR is great and coworkers have great attitudes even if everyday is a battle to get leadership on the same pages.

      Cons

      Leadership does not look outside their four wall for best practices Leadership is fearful of change Most talent has left or is about to leave Highly stressful No real direction If you ask leadership their 5 year plan they can't express it Culture is a cover you butt culture Not a lot of risk taking or making tough decisions

      Pros

      Polyconcept is a great place to work, with an engaged, hard-working team. The workforce is compelled to do a good job, without feeling undue pressure, encouraging risk taking and openness. Wages and benefits are fair and there is encouragement for growth. Senior management seems to genuinely care about all departments and functions within the organization. I could not be more pleased to be a Polyconcept employee.

      Cons

      The Polyconcept, New Kensington facilities are in a remote area, which makes some commutes difficult, and results in minimal team building opportunities.
