You meet many interesting people because they're getting rid of most of them every two weeks. The pay isn't the worst although could be a smidge higher.

Cons

Most of the supervisory and management positions are filled by incompetent people. Odd shift hours and mandatory overtime prevent employees from dealing with matters outside of workplace. Almost everyone is expendable and you feel as if your better of with a barcode instead of a name. Welcome to the people's republic of China in the United States.
