The pros to tis job are many. One it's very close to my home to the point I could walk to work. The staff and management are AWESOME!!!, not only do they show the employees love, but the community as well. The work environment is great and it's more like "Family". I am very happy to be a part of PCNA!!

Pros

The work environment is great, with many events and activities provided throughout the year. Depending on your work ethic and drive there is always room for advancement. You will never be bored as the work load is always high.

Cons

Although there is always room for advancement, Polyconcept North America, will quickly change management if something is not working and causing issues through out the board. With many changes to management and positions employees tend to be stressed and fearful if their position is secure.
