      Pros

      Great upper management, awesome CEO, semi-flexible hours, room to advance, on-site cafeteria, quiet work environment (in offices, not production), ability to travel domestically and internationally. CEO is amazing.

      Cons

      Many "cliques" and some of the upper management are rude, snobby. Horrible parking and HR changes once a year. Work hours can be extreme and employee reviews are few and far between. Not a very diverse company either.

      Pros

      Tons of overtime! Hot fresh food in the cafeteria for a average price

      Cons

      Poor management. Lack of proper leadership and accountability of Human Resources. Leadership roles on the floor are filled by incompetent and unprofessional "supervisors" and "coordinators". Favoritism is wide and played out by many unprofessional relationships throughout. Pay should be higher and raises are laughable. Rules are set to fit when decided it's necessary while others continue the same cycle. Not a good place to work for anyone with standards and morals. Those with a good ethic will pull their hair out when they see the chaos that ensues at this place!
