Pros

Casual working environment, and there is a pleasant atmosphere amongst co-workers. If you are salaried the hours are very flexible and some positions have the ability to work from home or remotely. Discounts on product are quite significant and the extended health and benefits package are quite good

Cons

The talent pool is incredibly shallow, management is stretched too thin and are not as capable as they would like to think. There are no opportunities for growth of vertical progression and no career development is offered. The ELT is myopic and more concerned with the parent company's impression of them than the operation of their own subsidiary. Nepotism and favouritism reign supreme, and are the legacy hallmarks of a once family owned company. Salaries are a joke, and bonuses and raises are a sad punchline.

Pros

When Mastro was there he cared about employees and the place. There is a lot of overtime and you will work you butt off.

Cons

New management sucks. I have seen a lot of great people let go. They are now favoring temps and not long term employees. Second shift is 100% ment for people with no families. Hours are good but the pay can be crapy.

Pros

Country setting, travelling away from city had little to no traffic. Co-workers were great people. Family atmosphere. Fast paced, never bored or idle. Onsite cafeteria and onsite covered smoking patio. Very casual dress.

Cons

Lack of transparency from management. Pay was poor. At times it felt like high school, you were either 'in' or 'not'. Employee efforts were not rewarded or recognized. People who held the same position were held to different standards. No accountability. Crazy mandatory overtime, sometimes 13 hours a day.
