Pros
It's a small firm so I was able to lead on a couple projects. Their office is a beautiful.
Cons
Feedback is minimal and some of the middle-level managers are very abrasive, harsh people. They don't communicate well, they lack transparency, and are usually frustrated. Not a fun place to work; you look at the clock and wait til you can leave.
