Not a place to develop yourself fully

Pros

The weather is sunny most of the time. It can get rather hot in the summer months but this the time spent on the beach or on the boat. Winter time weather is great in fact perfect.

Cons

The company is focussed on development of locals. This is to the detriment of expatriates who contrary to policy do not receive any formal development in their carreers. If you want to live out the twilight of your working life in an easy environment then this is the place to do it.

the job require focus and attention to details, negotiation preparation to secure best deals, stakeholders manageemnt is critical. the internal governance is complicated
