Nepotism and friends only. Unrealistic expectations from managers who were ever changing. Every day a moving target.

Pros

People were friendly, laid-back attitudes. Free pretzels on Fridays.

Cons

Antiquated processes, nepotism and favoritism. People would come in on a Monday morning and would be notified that their office was being shuttered and their employment was terminated. This happened over and over again while I was there.

Pros

Some VERY talented employees. Several great product managers and GREAT Director of Product. Corporate culture use to be great. If it returns it will be a great company again.

Cons

Customer use to be first and employees use to feel important and valued . Sales Management has changed and the "team" feeling is gone. Many managers are not experienced and do not know how to motivate. Compensation has changed and is very subjective. If you have a good year your commission percentage will be lowered the following year. If you have a great year it will be a MUCH lower commission percentage the next year. Everything starts with a sale but salespeople seem to be less and less valued.
